Do Rezlynxhotel modules replace Rezlynx?

No. Rezlynx stays your PMS. Every Rezlynxhotel module is an add-on that reads or writes through the official Rezlynx API and shows you the result in a separate Rezlynxhotel screen, an email, or a report file.

Do I need to share my Rezlynx password?

Never. You generate a scoped API token from within your own Rezlynx account and paste it into Rezlynxhotel. Revoke the token in Rezlynx and every Rezlynxhotel module goes dark within one minute.

How quickly does a module go live?

Five minutes for a single module against a single property. Multi-property groups take a working day because we pair-test each property with a synthetic reservation.

Where is my data stored?

Inside the United Kingdom — primary in London Docklands, warm standby in Manchester. No transfer to non-UK jurisdictions. Registered with the ICO under UK GDPR (ZB593471).

Can I cancel mid-month?

Yes. Cancellation stops billing on the next cycle, and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you also have a 14-day full refund window if the module has not performed as described.

Are you an official Rezlynx vendor?

Rezlynxhotel is an independent shop built for Rezlynx users. We integrate through the public Rezlynx API — the same API any Rezlynx-connected vendor uses.

What if a module misbehaves at 3am?

Every module publishes a health endpoint; PMS Sync Sentinel calls it every 90 seconds and pages the on-call engineer through Opsgenie. Median incident acknowledgement is under two minutes.
